• Payment confirmation details from Razorpay (we do not store card/UPI numbers)
• Basic device/browser information for security and rate-limiting purposes

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and deliver your orders and subscriptions
• To communicate order updates, delivery information, and account notices
• To provide customer support and respond to your queries
• To improve our menu, service quality, and website
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents

3. Payment Information

Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never receive or store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN. We retain only the payment confirmation reference required for order records and refunds.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Razorpay, for payment processing
• Our delivery staff, limited to your name, phone number, and delivery address
• Service providers (e.g. email/notification providers) strictly to operate the service
• Law enforcement or regulators, if required by law

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active, and as needed to comply with tax, accounting, and food-safety record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences (such as your last selected delivery address). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures (password hashing, encrypted connections, and access controls) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
