1. About Us

Namma Kitchens is a home-style tiffin and meal subscription service operated by Seema Kanojiya in Bengaluru, Karnataka. By placing an order or subscribing to a meal plan through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account with accurate name, phone number, and delivery address information to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Orders & Cutoff Times

Each meal slot (lunch and dinner) has a daily order cutoff time, shown on the Menu page. Orders, skips, and cancellations for a given slot must be made before that slot's cutoff time. Once the cutoff has passed, the order is confirmed for preparation and cannot be changed or cancelled, since cooking begins immediately after the cutoff.

4. Subscriptions

Subscription plans (Weekly Lunch, Monthly Lunch, Monthly Lunch + Dinner) provide a fixed number of meals to be delivered on working days (Monday to Saturday; Sundays are a kitchen holiday). You may skip any individual day's meal before that slot's cutoff time at no charge — skipped meals are preserved as credits and added back to your subscription, extending its validity. 5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver to a limited set of pincodes in Bengaluru. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control. See our Delivery Policy for more details.

7. Food Safety & Allergens

All meals are prepared fresh in an FSSAI-licensed home kitchen on the same day they are delivered. While we take care to describe our dishes accurately, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens (such as nuts, dairy, or gluten) due to shared kitchen equipment. Please contact us before ordering if you have severe allergies.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to place fraudulent orders, abuse coupon or referral programs, or interfere with the normal operation of the website.

9. Limitation of Liability

Namma Kitchens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
